With less than a month till the end of 2022, the Wagner football program has already begun preparing for the 2023 season. The process starts here and now, and we are working diligently to ensure a great season in 2023. The process hasn’t changed, and with consistency, hard work and dedication, we are confident our offseason plan will yield our desired outcome. The boys will be tested each and everyday, they will find their base lines and they will be pushed to their greatest potentials.
Tough, Trustworthy and Team are still at the forefront of our everyday culture and with each day, the boys will be presented with opportunities to overcome obstacles, react as a unit and continue to build the team legacy they deserve.
The boys are learning how to be disciplined, how to work through adversity and how to find ways to succeed individually and as a team. In this part of our offseason the boys will be lifting, conditioning, growing physically and growing in character.
The expectations are high, and so too is the intensity of this offseason. As we put all our efforts into the 2023 season and what lies ahead, we are trusting the process, staying loyal to the plan and loving the goal. We look forward to everything this offseason gives us and we will continue to be T3.
