Wagner Thunderbirds open up their powerlifting season with a strong performance, winning the Texas Strength System Invitational Meet and scoring a total of 44 points to capture first place. Although many of the members of the team are young to the sport all placed and contributed to the first place team finish. The following athletes placed in this order:

The T-Bird Powerlifting team will be back in action next Friday (1/27) at the same location. Lifting is set to begin at 6:00 P.M. at Texas Strength System Gym.
