On Friday night, the Lady Thunderbirds traveled to Veterans Memorial to take on the Patriots. The match ended in a tie 0-0. Our defense made key stops and held a strong line to take away scoring opportunities. Senior Janet Blancas had two shots on goal, and goalie Angie Hernandez had 14 saves. The Thunderbirds host Smithson Valley next.
